I visited the newly opened lunch buffet on the second floor of the Premier Hotel Cabin President Tokyo in Harumi.
Bayside KITCHEN is attracting attention for its Italian chef’s diverse cuisine, exquisite chef’s breads, and amazing automatic pancake machine.
First of all, upon entering the restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised by the bright light coming in through the windows, creating an open and airy atmosphere.
Bayside KITCHEN offers all-you-can-eat bread baked in the bakery on the first floor of the hotel and more than 80 Western-style dishes prepared by an Italian chef!
A special menu commemorating the opening of the hotel, including roast beef, was also available.

Salsiccia with tomato sauce
It is served with the hotel’s homemade fresh noodles and changes daily.
Abundant bread corner offers anpan, rolls, buckets, etc. for lunch.
Croissants, open sandwiches and waffles are available for breakfast.
The cuisine also offers a wide variety of tastes, from appetizers such as pâté de campagne, jambon blanc, and carpione to keema curry, butter rice, soups, and fluffy pancakes made by an automatic pancake machine.
In particular, salads such as marinated tuna and avocado and pumpkin agrodolce were refreshing, and the homemade chicken ham and salmon were moist and delicious.
And the pancakes, cooked by an automatic pancake machine, are fluffy and sweet, just hold your hand over them and wait for them to cook.
They were fluffy, sweet, and tasted best with jam or syrup on top!
This experience is worth a visit!
There is also a wide selection of drinks, including teas, herbal teas, and fruit juices.
In addition, there is a wide variety of beautiful looking salads and dressings to suit your taste, including Japanese, French, and Shonan Gold.
